About AAREP NC

The African American Real Estate Professionals of North Carolina, Inc. ("AAREP NC") is a Section 501(c)(6) trade association dedicated to advancing the interests of African Americans in the real estate industry, providing education for minority landowners, and promoting community development. As such, the organization is an advocate on issues related to the advancement of AAREP NC's constituency and agenda in the industry. We endeavor to pursue inter-governmental relations at the local, state and federal level as a means of furthering the organization's mission and agenda.

Our Goals:

• Promote the membership's business, economic, legal and public policy interests
• Facilitate the development of positive relationships with African-American landowners
• Encourage the formation of strategic partnerships
• Promote broader access to business opportunities
• Provide education and training for both its members and the general public
• Advocate for the interest of African-Americans involved in real estate development activities

 

AAREP NC will serve as a forum for sharing information and developing and maintaining the highest professional standards.
